雇主补偿

的 雇主补偿 payment option is available to students whose employers require course completion prior to reimbursing the student for tuition 和 fees charges. This option allows the student to defer the employer reimbursed portion of their tuition 和 fees until after the conclusion of the academic term.

需求

的 Employer Reimbursement Payment Agreement must be completed once per year 和 whenever a change in the employer's educational benefit policy or the employee's status occurs.

该协议, signed by both the employer 和 the student, must be submitted to the Office of 学生计费 by the tuition payment due date.

账单和费用

A processing fee of $45 will be assessed each academic term for which charges are deferred. Charges not eligible for employer reimbursement must be paid by the due date indicated on the tuition bill.

A billing statement for the deferred charges will be sent to the student by secure email approximately three weeks prior to the employer reimbursement due date. This statement will include classes taken, 的成绩获得, 和 all billed charges 和 credits for the term.

的 deferred amount must be paid by the due date regardless of the status of reimbursement from the employer or 的成绩获得 for the courses taken. Late fees may be assessed on unpaid balances.
